Cochi is an AI-powered performance coaching platform that provides daily coaching interactions, evening scorecards, sprint planning, and voice-first coaching conversations. The service is delivered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA).
This product is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Health data from connected wearables is used for coaching context only. Cochi is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741).
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Cochi. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect or process data from individuals under 18.
Cochi offers two subscription tiers: Core ($97/month) and Premium ($197/month). All billing is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Everything you share with Cochi belongs to you. Your data will never be sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used in any form beyond delivering your coaching experience and optional anonymous product improvement. You can export all your data or delete your entire account at any time from Settings.
When you cancel your subscription, your data is preserved indefinitely. You can return at any time and pick up where you left off. You can request data deletion at any point - before, during, or after cancellation.
Your data is never sold. Not anonymized, not aggregated, not in any form. This is a hard commitment with no exceptions.
Cochi uses Anthropic's Claude API for coaching conversations. Per Anthropic's API terms, your conversation data is not used to train their models. Voice transcription is processed by Deepgram. Both services process your data only to deliver the service and do not retain it beyond the interaction.
You agree not to use Cochi to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content. You agree not to attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or manipulate the coaching system's internal instructions or knowledge base.
Cochi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions you make based on coaching interactions. The maximum liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account at least 30 days before they take effect.
